Process Construction & Techinical Service Pvt.Ltd. is based out of Vazhakunnel House, located in the Eranhimangad Post area. We’re in a place called Akampadam, which you get to via Nilambur, in the Malappuram district of Kerala. It’s a beautiful part of the country with a lot of greenery. We handle construction work and various technical services. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a local outfit. We do a lot of the actual building and maintenance work around this region. Dealing with the weather in Kerala can be tricky, especially during the long monsoon seasons, so we have to plan our construction schedules very carefully. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of offices. We just operate from here and take on projects that we can manage well. A lot of our time is spent moving between the office at Vazhakunnel House and the different work sites. We have a team of local workers and technicians who know their jobs. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we’ve built before. We keep our tools and equipment ready, and we just try to do a solid job on every project. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. The Nilambur area is quite spread out, so we do a fair bit of driving to get from one place to another. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy throughout the year.
