Because of where we are, we see a lot of the medical community passing by every day. It’s a good spot for a company like ours. Inside the office, things are pretty casual. We don't wear suits or have big formal meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be sorted out. There are always stacks of documents and boxes of samples lying around. We try to keep things tidy, but it's a working office, not a showroom. We’ve been here in Kozhikode for a while and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of Mayanad Road. The traffic can be a headache sometimes, but that’s just part of being in this location. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team working out of this unit.
