Nufail Muneer Associates

Our office, Nufail Muneer Associates, is located in the Brick Town Building on Op Raman Road. We are right by the Homeo College in Karaparamba and not far from the Mannangattu Temple. It’s a nice part of Kozhikode to work in every day. The temple bells and the students walking to the college give the whole street a certain kind of energy. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors around the building are all pretty friendly. Inside, the office is just a regular place with some desks and filing cabinets that are usually a bit too full of old papers. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people who are looking to build something new. We don't try to act like we know everything there is to know. Architecture is a complicated business and things go wrong sometimes, so we just try to be honest about the whole process. We aren't a big firm with a marketing department or a PR person. It’s just us doing the work ourselves. Usually, our desks are a bit of a mess with blueprints, pens, and empty tea cups. We like it that way because it feels like we are actually getting things done instead of just sitting around. We take the bus or drive in, deal with the usual traffic on Raman Road, and get to work. It’s a job like any other, really. We just happen to be the ones who figure out where the walls go. We don't have any grand statements.
