Neoclat Ventures LLP is over at 236/ 7A in Chevayur. Kozhikode is a big place, but this little corner of Chevayur feels like home to us. The 673017 area is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a basic office setup, nothing you’d see in a magazine, but it works for what we need. We do a lot of venture work, which basically means a lot of planning and looking at different projects. Some days are slow and others are a total scramble, but that’s just how it is when you’re running a business. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy decorations or expensive chairs. We’d rather just have good tea and a solid internet connection. The people around here are friendly, and you get to know the neighbors after a while. Sometimes we go out for a walk just to get some air because sitting inside all day can get a bit much. The address is pretty easy to give out to delivery drivers, which is a plus. We don't have any big speeches about where we are going or what we want to be. We just want to finish the work we have today and maybe start on tomorrow’s pile if there is time. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve been at this for some time now and we’re still here, so something must be going right in the end. It's just us working together.
