We set up our office on the 1st floor of Dolphin Towers, which is right along the Mini Bypass in Eranjipalani. Being near the Co Operative Hospital makes a lot of sense for us since we deal with medical equipment every day. It is a decent-sized space, but we have filled it up with boxes, spare parts, and display pieces over the years. There isn't much in the way of fancy decor or expensive furniture here. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors to sit in, and the stock we need to manage. The traffic on the bypass can be quite loud during the day, but we are used to it by now. Usually, there are only two or three of us in the office at any given time. We spend the day answering the phone, replying to messages, and checking on our deliveries. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important work. People from the nearby hospital often walk over if they need something quickly or have a question about a piece of equipment. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. The building is easy to spot once you get near the hospital. We don't really do any big advertising; people just find us through word of mouth. We have been here long enough that all the local delivery drivers know exactly where our door is.
