Mfar Construction P(Ltd)

Mfar Construction P(Ltd) is run out of Pandi Parambath House, which is near Poovaden Gate in Vatakara. We are located in the Kozhikode district of Kerala, at Pin 673103. The weather here is beautiful but the heavy rains during the monsoon can really put a stop to any outdoor work for weeks. We’ve learned to plan around that over the years. Our office is a simple place, part of the local landscape here near the gate. We handle all sorts of building projects in the area. We aren't a big, polished firm with people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, dealing with cement, sand, and wood. Mfar Construction P(Ltd) is built on the hard work of our local crew. We know the people in Vatakara and they know us. There’s no need for big fancy words to describe what we do. We take a plot of land and we build what’s needed on it. It’s about as straightforward as it gets. Sometimes the logistics of getting materials to the more remote spots can be a challenge, but we figure it out. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. It’s a good feeling to see a project finished and people using the space we helped create. That’s just our daily life here in Kerala.
