M.B Hospital

Karaparamba is a decent area to work in, and the hospital is situated right where most people can get to it without too much trouble. It is not one of those massive, sprawling buildings that takes up several city blocks. It is much more manageable than that. When you walk inside, there is usually someone sitting at the front desk who has been working here for years. The hospital itself is not brand new, so you will see some wear on the floor tiles and the walls. We get a lot of locals who just walk over from their homes because they live just around the corner. It is a very straightforward setup. We have the basic wards and the consultation rooms, and nothing is hidden behind fancy glass partitions or expensive-looking reception areas. It is all very direct and practical. The nurses are usually quite busy moving between the different rooms with their clipboards and medicine trays. Outside on the street, it can get a bit loud during the morning school rush or when the nearby shops are opening for the day. We have a small area with some benches where people can sit while they wait for their prescriptions to be filled. It is mostly quiet in the early hours before the main crowd of the day arrives. The clock in the waiting area is always about five minutes fast, but we haven't bothered to fix it yet. It is just how things are here.
