Malabar Ayurvedic Hospital

If you go down towards Neal Kansara, you’ll find us. Malabar Ayurvedic Hospital has been sitting in this spot for a good while. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but once you get here, it’s pretty quiet. The area around Neal Kansara isn't too loud, which helps with the atmosphere we have here. Things are done a bit differently than at the big city hospitals. There’s a lot of oils and herbs around, so the place usually has a specific smell to it. Some people like it, and others take a bit to get used to it. The building itself is sturdy but plain. Rooms for staying and areas for treatments take up most of the space. The staff mostly comes from nearby towns. Every morning is spent preparing what we need for the day’s visitors. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Machines don't do everything for us here. We use our hands and the stuff we’ve learned over the years. The furniture is mostly wood and a bit old-fashioned. Changing it just to look modern doesn't seem necessary. People come here because they know where we are and what we do. No one really bothers with advertising or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and see who shows up at the door near Neal Kansara. It's a simple way to run a hospital, and it works for us.
