Our office sits on the ground floor of the Maheswari Arcade, which is right near the Meenchanda Railway Gate in Arakkinar. If you’re coming from Calicut, you’ve probably passed by that railway gate plenty of times. Being in Kozhikode, we get a lot of people stopping in while they are out running errands. We are a Nidhi company, so we mostly look after small savings and things like that for the local community in the 673028 area. The office is pretty easy to find since it’s on the ground floor, which is good because nobody likes climbing stairs when it’s hot outside. We’ve been here for a while and the space is filled with old desks and the usual office supplies. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we do our work and talk to customers. Sometimes when the train goes by, it gets a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything. We just focus on the people who live nearby and need a place to keep their money or get a small loan. Most of the time it’s just us and the ledger books. We try to be helpful and explain things simply when someone has a question. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. If you’re ever near the Meenchanda gate, you’ll see our arcade.
