We are located over in Thiruthiyad, which is a nice part of Puthiyara. Being near the Azhakodi Temple means we get to hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, which is quite a change from the louder parts of Kozhikode. Our office for M Cube H Developers is where we do all the heavy lifting when it comes to planning and paperwork. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for us to spread out our maps and site plans. We spend a lot of time going back and forth between different government offices and our construction sites. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a contractor looking for a signature on something. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing; we prefer to just sit down and talk through things in plain English. Most of our furniture is a bit worn out, and there are stacks of files that probably need filing away, but we’re usually too busy with the actual building work to worry about the decor. The heat in Kozhikode can be pretty intense, so we’re always grateful for the fan in the corner. We focus on the practical side of things—making sure the materials arrive on time and that the projects don't stall. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of stress, but that’s just how the development business goes for us here every day.
