Our office is located right in Kozhikode, and if you live around here, you know how the weather can be. Some days it’s just incredibly humid, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We’ve been running Litmus Career Consultancy for a bit, mostly helping people figure out what they want to do with their lives. It’s a lot of talking, listening, and looking at resumes. We see a lot of young people coming in fresh out of college, looking a bit nervous about the future. We also get older folks who are just tired of their current jobs and want something new. It’s a mix. Our office isn't some high-rise suite; it’s a practical space where we can actually get work done. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at different industries and seeing where people might fit in. It’s not always a perfect process, and sometimes it takes a while to find the right path for someone. We don't make any crazy promises. We just look at the facts and try to give some decent advice. It can be a bit stressful when someone is really counting on you, but we do what we can. After work, we usually just head out into the Kozhikode traffic and go home. It’s a simple life, but helping people find a career is pretty decent work.
