Lionsgate Chits India Private Limited is situated over at 2/16F, Cheroopa in the Mavoor area. If you know Kozhikode well, you probably know where Mavoor is. It is a busy enough spot and our office stays pretty steady with people coming in from around the 673661 pin code area. We have been working out of this space for some time, just handling the day-to-day chit business things. It isn't a fancy setup or anything, just a regular office where we keep our books and talk to the folks who drop by. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into the main part of Cheroopa. We spend a lot of our hours here, sitting at the desks, dealing with the paperwork that comes with running a chit fund in Kerala. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but that is just how it is in Kozhikode. We keep the doors open and just get on with the work. There is always someone coming in to ask a question or drop something off. It is a straightforward operation. We don't try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. Just a local business in a local neighborhood doing what we do every day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a little loud, but mostly it is just the usual sounds of Mavoor going about its business while we stay busy inside our four walls.
