Our office, Lead and Leap Consultants LLP, is located in Asokapuram. Specifically, we are at No.5/2365 on the first floor of the Kodakkadan Apartments. It’s a residential building, so it doesn’t really feel like a cold corporate office. We actually like it that way. Being on the first floor means we don't have to wait for the lift most of the time, which is a small plus. We do consulting work here. That means people come to us when they have problems with their business or need help planning something new. We aren't experts in everything, but we have been around long enough to know how things work in Kozhikode. The office has a few desks and a small area where we can sit and talk. It’s often a bit cluttered with papers and notebooks because we are always writing things down. We don't have any shiny brochures or a big sales team. It’s just us doing the work. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to think. Sometimes the rain makes a lot of noise on the roof, but that’s just life in Kerala. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. If you ever come by, you’ll probably find us arguing about where to order lunch from. We just keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can to whoever walks through the door.
