L&T (Ecc Division)

In the quiet area of Kalpathoor, near Kozhikode, you will find our office at Darshana House. It is tucked away in Mammilikulam. This is where the L&T Ecc Division operates for this part of Kerala. The office is essentially a traditional house. It has that old Kerala feel with a lot of greenery around it. We like working here because it’s a lot more peaceful than being in the middle of a big city. We handle a lot of the engineering and construction planning from this spot. It’s not a formal setting. Most of us just wear comfortable shirts and sandals. We have a small staff, and we all know each other's families. When things get busy, we might stay late, but usually, we head home to our families in the evening. The rain in Kozhikode can be very heavy, so we spend a lot of time making sure the roof doesn't leak and the paperwork stays dry. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the gate. If you are coming from Mapayur, it’s a nice drive through the countryside. We don't have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you. It’s a very human way of doing business. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporate entity. We are just the people working out of Darshana House. Sometimes the tea lady is late, but we don't mind.
