Landmate Concept To Creation Llp

Our place, Landmate Concept To Creation Llp, is located at Ep 161/C in Thalayi Edachery. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but we like it out here. Thalayi is a bit more relaxed. The building at Ep 161/C is pretty basic. It’s got four walls and a roof that doesn't leak much, which is what matters. We’ve been set up here for some time now. Edachery is a good community to be a part of. We see the same people every day and they usually give a wave. The name Landmate Concept To Creation is quite long, so we usually just call it Landmate among ourselves. We don’t have any fancy boardrooms or leather chairs. It’s more of a workshop vibe than a corporate office. There’s always some project or another lying around on the tables. We keep things pretty informal. If someone stops by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair. The lighting isn't the best in the afternoons, but we’ve got some lamps to help out. It’s just a functional space for us to do our work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just want to get things built and sorted. Being in Thalayi keeps us away from the distractions of the bigger towns. It’s just us, the address, and the work we have in front of us every day.
