Landmark Engineers & Architects is situated in the Kca Building, which is right in Ramanattukara. If you are familiar with the area, you know we are directly opposite the bus stand. It’s a very convenient spot because there are always buses coming and going, which makes it easy to give directions to anyone trying to find us. Being in Ramanattukara means we are right in the thick of things. The office has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the sound of the buses and the general buzz of the street outside. Inside, it’s a regular work environment with engineering tools, architectural rulers, and plenty of computers for drafting. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or lobby areas; it’s just the team working at their stations. The Kca Building itself is a sturdy place, and we have enough room to spread out our big site maps when we need to check the measurements. We do a lot of the technical stuff here, calculating things and making sure the architectural designs are solid. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of our day is spent at the desks, but we often step out to grab a snack or talk to the other shop owners nearby. It’s a busy corner of Kozhikode, and we like the energy of being right across from the transport hub where everything is moving all day long. We just get on with the drawings and the calculations.
