La Galette Sweets And Cafe Llp is located at Chalikkara House. We are in the Theyyathum Kandi area of Chenoli, which is near Perambra in Kozhikode. This is basically our home and our workplace combined. We run the sweets and cafe business right from here. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you will often see us just doing the regular chores around the house while we wait for customers or orders. Perambra is a nice place to be, and the Kozhikode-673525 zip code is home for us. We started the cafe because we liked making things for people to eat. It wasn't some big business plan or anything. We just had the space and the skills. The kitchen is always busy with someone baking or mixing something. We don’t use those fancy coffee machines you see in the city. We just do things the way we know how. It’s a bit noisy sometimes when we have people over, but that’s the way a cafe should be. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who live here and help out. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash to the local market.
