Our office is tucked away in the Femeca Arcade on Kottaram Road, right at Door No. 5/1346 A B. We at Nass Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. spend most of our time dealing with batteries, solar setups, and power backups. It’s not the quietest office because there is always some equipment being tested or someone calling about a power issue at their house. We have a few desks and a lot of boxes stacked up in the corners. The team is usually out on the road visiting sites, but some of us stay back to handle the paperwork and the walk-ins. Kozhikode gets pretty hot, so we end up talking about cooling and energy efficiency a lot with anyone who drops by. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation; we’re just a local group trying to help people keep their lights on when the grid goes down. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project or figure out why a particular system isn't working right. The arcade is a busy place, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners pretty well over the years. We use simple tools and try to explain things to customers without using too much technical jargon that nobody understands. It’s a practical business, and we just take it one day at a time, making sure our customers in the city are taken care of.
