You can find us in Feroke, Kozhikode, specifically in the CC Complex. We are on the first floor, Building No: 13/155 I. Cheruvannur is a busy area, and there’s always something happening downstairs. Kodish Nidhi Limited is our small office where we handle local savings and small loans. It’s a practical space. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of folders. Being in Kozhikode, we get all kinds of people coming in—laborers, small business owners, and retirees. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. If you come in, we just talk to you like anyone else. The office gets a bit of the afternoon sun, so it stays bright. We focus on keeping the books balanced and making sure everyone is treated fairly. Feroke has its own charm, with the river and the old tile factories nearby. We feel like we fit right into that old-school, hardworking vibe. We don’t have a marketing team or a big budget for ads. Our reputation comes from the people who walk up those stairs to see us every month. It’s a simple business, run by local people for local people. No frills, no fuss, just us doing our jobs day in and day out. We hope to stay here for a long time yet, just doing what we do.
