Kk Builders Kannur

Our office for Kk Builders Kannur is actually located at Kunnath House in the Palath area of Kozhikkode. Even though the name mentions Kannur, we moved things over here a while back to be closer to some of the projects we were doing. We are a small crew of workers who know how to handle bricks, mortar, and the general mess that comes with building something from scratch. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning. Usually, we are just sitting around a wooden table looking at sketches or talking about where the next load of sand is coming from. Dealing with the heat in this part of India is just part of the job. We show up early, get the guys started, and hope the truck doesn't get stuck in traffic. People around Palath know us, so they just stop by when they have a leak or want to add a room to their house. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are slow and some days everything happens at once. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website with pretty pictures. If you want to see what we do, you just have to look at the houses we finished down the road. We try to be honest about how long things take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. It's hard work but it's okay.
