You can find us at Kalliyot Thazhakuniyil in the Eramala Kunihaliyode area of Vadakara. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around this part of Kozhikode. The office isn't anything flashy, just a practical space where we sit down and get through the daily tasks. We deal with the local community mostly. It’s the kind of place where you might run into your neighbor while you're waiting for some paperwork to be finished. We handle the local savings and things like that because there wasn't a convenient option right here in the village before we opened up. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit for the systems to load, but we manage to get things done eventually. People here appreciate that they don't have to go all the way into the main city for every little thing. We've got our routine down now. Morning tea, opening up the registers, and greeting the regulars who stop by. It's a small team, so we all do a bit of everything, from cleaning the desks to filing the records. No one here wears a suit and tie unless there's a very specific reason for it. We just use plain English and Malayalam to get the point across to our members. The building is easy to spot once you get into the PO area. We like it this way, keeping things grounded and focused on the people who actually live on these streets.
