Our office is located at Mammilithazham in the Marikunnu area of Kozhikode. Specifically, we are at 33/3436D in the Pearl Valley complex. It is a decent spot to work from, even if the traffic in Kozhikode can be a bit much during the rush hours. KADATHANAD NIDHI LIMITED is what we go by. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of branches. We just have this one place where we manage local savings and help out with small loans when people need them. The office inside Pearl Valley is pretty simple. We have the usual desks, some old filing cabinets, and a computer that sometimes takes its time to start up. People from Marikunnu stop by throughout the week. Sometimes they just want to check their balance or see how their deposits are doing. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We don't have any flashy advertisements or sales people calling you up. Most of our members heard about us from their friends or family members who live nearby. It’s more of a word-of-mouth situation around here. Working at Mammilithazham feels good because we are right there with the local community. We know the shopkeepers and the families who have been in this area for years. There isn't anything particularly special about us, other than we do our jobs honestly and try to keep things moving. If you need to find us, the Pearl Valley building is usually pretty easy to spot.
