Working near the Calicut Medical College in Kunnamangalam means we see a lot of people every day. It’s a busy area with students and hospital staff always walking by. Our shop is right in the middle of it all. We spend a lot of our time organizing the shelves and helping people find specific items. It’s a lot of standing and reaching for bottles on the top rows. We try to keep things as tidy as possible, but with so many boxes coming in, it can get a bit cluttered. The Kunnamangalam traffic is always loud outside, but we don't mind it much anymore. We have a routine of checking the stock every morning before the rush starts. Sometimes we have to call around to find something that isn't on the shelf. It’s a lot of interacting with different people, which makes the day go by fast. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just the storefront and the storage in the back. We use a simple system to keep track of everything. The floor is old but we keep it clean. It’s just a local business doing its thing near the college. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just show up, open the doors, and start the day’s work of handling the supplies and talking to the customers who stop by. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy, but we just keep mopping.
