Joseph Store

We’ve been here at 213 Ayyankolly Road for a while now. Joseph Store is just a small place, really. Most people in Kayyunni know where we are. It’s quiet most mornings until the local crowd starts moving around. We stock what we can, usually the basics people need for their houses. The shelves aren't always perfectly lined up, but everything is there if you look. Sometimes the weather gets a bit rough on this road, but we try to keep the doors open. It’s a family thing, just working day to day. We get a lot of regulars who stop by for a quick chat while they pick up their stuff. Nothing fancy. My hands are usually busy moving boxes or checking the stock levels. The building itself is old, but it does the job. You’ll find us easily enough if you're heading down towards the main part of town. Sometimes we run out of things if the delivery truck is late, which happens more than I'd like. That's just how it goes here. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the front. It’s a simple life running a shop on this road. We mostly focus on getting through the daily list of chores. If someone needs something specific, we try to remember for next time. It isn't a huge operation, just me and a couple of others helping out when it gets busy in the evenings.
