Johns Softdrinks

Johns Softdrinks is based right here in Kuppadi village. We are located in the Wayanad district, and this is where we do all our work. It’s a beautiful area with a lot of greenery around us, which makes working here quite nice compared to a city. We have a small setup where we mix and bottle our drinks. It’s mostly a family thing, with a few neighbors helping out when things get busy during the summer months. The roads around here can be a bit rough, so getting the crates out to the local shops can take a while sometimes. We don't have any big fancy equipment, just the basics that get the job done. Everyone in the village knows us. Sometimes people just walk in to buy a bottle directly from the back. We don't mind. It’s better than sitting in a silent office. We spend most of our time cleaning the bottles and checking the seals. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously because it’s our name on the label. We aren't trying to become a global brand or anything. We just want to make sure the people in Wayanad have something cold to drink when it's hot out. It’s a quiet life in Kuppadi, and we like it that way. We just keep the machines running and the bottles moving every day. Sometimes the electricity cuts off, but we just wait it out and start again.
