Ji Builders & Developers

We’ve been running Ji Builders & Developers out of the Pvs Arcade in Koduvally for a while now. If you know where the IOC petrol pump is, we’re just right across from there. It's a busy spot, but it makes it easy for folks to find us when they need to talk about building something. We mostly spend our days looking over site plans or heading out to see how things are coming along on the ground. It’s hard work, and sometimes the weather doesn't help much, but we just keep at it. People around Koduvalli know we’re here if they have questions about their houses or any local projects. We don't really do the big fancy office thing; it's more about getting the job done right. Being in Kozhikode means there is always someone looking to start a new project, and we try to stay busy with whatever comes our way. Sometimes the traffic near the petrol pump gets a bit much, but that’s just life here. We usually have a few different things going on at once, so the office can get a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. If you're passing through Koduvally and need to talk about a construction job, you can usually find one of us hanging around here. We just handle the day-to-day stuff and make sure the sites are moving forward like they should.
