Iraah Loom International Private Limited

We are based at Koilothkandy in Iyyad P O, which is under Unnikulam and Sivapuram in Calicut. The name on the paperwork is Iraah Loom International Private Limited, but we just think of ourselves as a local textile group. Rajan P P is who you would usually talk to here. It’s a quiet corner of Kozhikode, Kerala 673574, not like the busy city center. We spend our time working with the looms and making sure the fabric is right. It’s not a fancy office. Inside, you'll see desks, samples, and a lot of thread around. The weather in Kerala can be unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time making sure things are stored dry. Our day starts early and ends when the work is finished. We don’t have a big philosophy or anything. Getting the orders out on time is the main goal. If you’re trying to find us, it’s best to ask for the Koilothkandy house because the GPS isn't always right around here. Being part of the community for a while now helps us stay connected. Most of the people working here live nearby. It’s a simple life and honest work. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just look at what needs to be done and do it. Being in a place like Sivapuram keeps us grounded. We’re just regular people trying to keep the tradition of weaving alive in our own small way.
