Iqraa International Hospital & Research Center

This hospital is located out in Malaparambba. It’s a large facility, much bigger than a simple clinic, and we have a lot of different departments spread across the floors. Even though it’s a big name, we try to keep things feeling like a local place. The hallways are long and there are always people moving about, from doctors to families visiting their relatives. We have a research side too, though most people just come for the regular hospital services. The building has been expanded a few times, so some parts look a bit newer than others. We have a big parking area which helps because people come from quite far away to get here. The lobby is usually full of people sitting and waiting for their turn or for news. We have some plants in the corners to make it look a bit better, but it’s still very much a hospital. We don’t do a lot of fancy talking; the doctors just tell you what is wrong and what needs to be done. It’s a lot of responsibility running a place this size in Malaparambba, but we have a steady routine. We stay open all the time because you never know when someone will need us. It’s just a busy, functional place where everyone is doing their best to keep things running smoothly. There is always someone at the desk and the lights never really go out. We just keep working through the day.
