Industrial Technical Experts is based over in Marlapuram, right along Edavanna Road. It’s a busy enough spot and we have been set up in this location for a good number of years now. We mostly spend our time dealing with technical parts and fixing machinery for the workshops and small factories that operate nearby. Our place isn't the kind of spot that has a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting you at the door. You just walk in and you will see tools, metal parts, and equipment scattered around the work area. We have a small team of guys here who have been doing this kind of work for a long time. Most of us grew up around here or in the nearby villages. We don't use the computer much unless we really have to order a specific part from out of town. Most of our day is spent at the workbench or out back checking on things. The road outside gets very dusty when it is dry and then it turns into a bit of a muddy mess when the rains come, but that is just part of living on Edavanna Road. People usually stop in when they have a technical problem they can't solve on their own. We don't make big promises, we just take a look at the machine and see if it can be fixed. It is practical, honest work. Sometimes it's a quick fix and other times we are waiting on parts for a week or more.
