Ikkayees Food Center Private Limited is based out of a place called Asmas in Eranhikkalelathur. Being in Kozhikode, we are right in the middle of a place that really loves its food and flavors. Our setup is pretty simple, and we spend most of our time in the kitchen area or the packing room. We just show up in the morning, prep the food, and handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to make a quick trip to the local market, which is always a bit of an adventure with the traffic. The building, Asmas, is where we do everything from the cooking to the basic accounting. It gets pretty busy around lunchtime, and the heat from the stoves can be quite intense in the summer. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. Ikkayees Food Center Private Limited is a local business through and through. We know our regulars and they know us by name. We don't try to be something we aren't. It’s just a group of people making food and trying to run a business the right way.
