Olive Arcade is on the second floor, which gives us a decent view of the bypass traffic in Malaparamba. Being right near Iqraa International Hospital means this part of Kozhikode is always moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who drop by after finishing their errands nearby. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, some sample materials tucked in the corner, and a lot of folders piled up. Most of the day is spent coordinating with guys on-site or trying to figure out schedules that never seem to stay on track. It gets pretty noisy outside with the cars on the NH bypass, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't the type to have a big marketing team; it’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and making sure the construction work is actually happening like it’s supposed to. Sometimes we have to run out quickly to check on a delivery or talk to a plumber, so the office might be a bit quiet for an hour or two. It’s a busy life here in Kozhikode, and we just try to keep up with the pace of the city. We’ve been in this building for a while, and it feels like home, even with the constant hum of the hospital and the road nearby. We do our best to stay organized, but things get messy when multiple projects start at once.
