Gastronomic-Concepts Private Limited

We are located over in Mavoor, specifically at 10/612-F. If you know the area, we are right opposite the Akshara Vayana Sala. That’s a library where people go to read, so it’s usually pretty quiet around here except for the occasional scooter passing by. Gastronomic-Concepts Private Limited is the name on the paperwork, but we really just think of ourselves as a small local team working out of Pazhur P.O. It isn’t a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We have a simple setup where we handle our daily work related to food ideas and concepts. Most days, we are just busy with the logistics of it all. The weather here in Kerala can get quite humid, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we sort through our files and plan out our next steps. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a practical place for us. We don’t spend much time on flashy presentations. Instead, we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but that is just how it is here. We like being in this part of Mavoor. It feels real and grounded. There are no big signs or loud ads, just us doing our work near the reading room every day. Anyway, it is what we do.
