G & F Medicine

We are tucked away behind Malabar Gold on Ram Mohan Road in Puthiyara. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main road, but people find us eventually when they need medicine. We started G & F Medicine because we knew this area well and wanted to work somewhere close to home. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough room for the essentials and a couple of chairs for people to wait. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors who come in for their monthly supplies. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big sign that glows in the dark. It’s just a regular shop where we keep things simple and honest. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road work nearby, but we keep the counters wiped down as best we can. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Puthiyara life. It's actually nice being behind the big jewelry store because it stays a bit cooler in the shade during the hot months. We just do our work, stock the shelves, and help whoever walks in the door. There's no big corporate office telling us how to talk to people, just us making sure the inventory is right. If you’re coming from the main road, you just have to turn at the corner near Malabar Gold and you’ll see our sign. We’re usually here from morning until the streetlights come on.
