You can find Esco Nidhi Limited over at the Maliyekkal Shopping Complex. Our address is Kp 1/218 in Elettil PO, which is in the Koduvally area of Kozhikode. The shopping complex is a central spot for many people around here to do their daily bits of business. We’ve got a unit there that serves as our main hub. It’s a simple space with some benches for people to sit on while they wait. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and some notices we have to keep posted. Being in a complex means there’s always some noise from the other shops, but we don't mind it much. It makes the day go by faster. We handle things for people living in the 673572 postal area and beyond. Most of our work involves writing things down in big books and then typing them into the computer. It’s a lot of repetition, but it’s important to get it right. We aren't a big bank with glass walls and fancy carpets. We just have tiled floors and ceiling fans that hum all day long. Our staff knows most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. It’s a very local way of doing things. We stay open through the usual hours and try to be helpful whenever someone has a question about their account or a small loan. It’s just how we operate here in Kerala, keeping things plain and staying busy with the daily ledgers.
