Dms Hospital is situated on 4H Avenue in Chelari. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to some of the bigger cities, but we stay busy with the local crowd. The hospital is easy to spot once you’re on the avenue. We’ve been operating here for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Our setup is pretty simple. We have the reception area and then the different rooms for consultations and treatment. It’s not the kind of place with marble floors or expensive lighting; it’s just a solid building where people come when they’re feeling under the weather. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so there’s a lot of local talk in the hallways. We handle a variety of things, from small scrapes to more serious issues that keep someone in a bed for a few days. 4H Avenue isn't a huge thoroughfare, which is nice because it keeps the noise levels down for the patients who are staying with us. We don't have a big corporate board making decisions from far away. It’s just us, the people who work here, trying to keep the place clean and the patients cared for. Most people in Chelari know where we are, so we don't have to explain much to the folks who live in town. We just open up in the morning and do what needs to be done until the end of the shift.
