Dm Wims Hospital

Dm Wims Hospital is located out in Meppadi, specifically in Naseera Nagar. It is a bit of a drive to get here if you are coming from the bigger towns, but it is a nice area. We go by the Meppadi post office address. The air feels a bit different up here compared to the city. There is a lot of space around the building, so it does not feel cramped like some city hospitals. The mornings are usually the best time when things are still a bit cool. We get the staff gathered and everyone starts their shift. It is a fairly large facility for this location. We do not have those shiny glass walls; it is more of a sturdy, functional building. Sometimes the rain here can be quite heavy, and you can hear it drumming on the roof while we work. We have people coming in from all over the surrounding villages. It is a lot of walking for some of them. We try to keep the hallways clear and the rooms ready for anyone who needs them. There isn't much in the way of big shopping malls nearby, just local shops and the post office down the way. It is a quiet existence for the most part, focused on the daily tasks at hand. We see a lot of familiar faces from the neighborhood. It feels like we are part of the scenery in Meppadi now.
