We have our office over at Hill View in Kovoor, which is near the Medical College in Kozhikode. It’s a small place, really. We go by Crave Real Estate Llp, but mostly people just know us as the guys in the building at No : 30/721M. We spend our mornings looking through local listings and talking to people who walk in off the street. Some days are quite slow, so we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the phone to ring. The area around here gets busy with students and hospital staff, so there is always some movement. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to help people find a place to live or a bit of land to buy. We know the roads around Kozhikode pretty well by now because we are always driving out to see different sites. The office has some old desks and a lot of paper files that we probably should organize better one of these days. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just a regular room where we do our work. We try to be clear with people about what is available and what isn't. Buying property can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork, so we spend a lot of time just explaining how things go. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon.
