We’ve been here at Connect HR for a while now, up on the second floor of the Maniyattukudy Building. If you know Arayidathupalam, you know how busy it gets around I G Road. Our office is right above the State Bank of Travancore and that Indian Coffee House. Sometimes the smell of coffee drifts up here while we're working, which is a nice break from the traffic noise outside. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we handle our daily tasks. People usually find us by looking for the coffee house sign first. Kozhikode has a lot of movement, and being here puts us right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time at our desks, talking to people who walk in or calling up folks we need to reach. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you're inside, it’s quiet enough to get things done. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. It’s just us doing our jobs every day. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is hot and everyone is looking for some shade. We try to keep the place organized, though paperwork has a way of piling up if we aren't careful. It’s a practical space for what we do. If you're coming from the main road, just look up past the bank and you’ll see our floor. That's basically the story of where we spend our hours.
