Confiance Realtors Private Limited is located on the second floor of P.M.K Tower, room 34/611.D4. We are right near the Civil Station Post in Kozhikode. Being in this part of Kerala means we see a lot of people coming and going throughout the week. The office is pretty basic, with white walls and some old wooden desks that have seen better days. We do a lot of real estate work, mostly focused on the Kozhikode area. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at computers checking on property listings while the fans hum overhead. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just a few of us who know the local market and help people find what they need. The tower is a well-known spot, so it’s easy to give people directions. We usually have a pile of newspapers and property journals sitting on the table in the waiting area for people to read. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a place where real work happens. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us active during the day. We’ve been in this office for a good while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the city outside. It’s a practical setup for the kind of local real estate service we provide. There is always something that needs to be filed or checked.
