Collines Spices

We are located right on Kallai Road in Palayam. It is a pretty central spot, so there is always something going on outside our door. Collines Spices is the name on our sign. We spend our days surrounded by different kinds of spices. You get used to the smell after a while, but visitors always notice it the second they walk in. Our shop is just a regular building, nothing special to look at from the outside. We have been here long enough that the floorboards have some wear and tear on them. We spend most of the morning sorting through our stock and the afternoons getting things ready for people. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so we keep the fans running all day long. Sometimes we sit out front for a bit to catch a breeze and watch the cars go by. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us doing the daily chores of a spice business. We know the neighbors and the people who walk by this way every day. It is a friendly enough area to work in. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don't overcomplicate the way we work. If a shipment is late, we just deal with it and move on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a steady one that stays open on Kallai Road.
