We are based out in Koothali Town, which is a bit of a way from the city near Perambra. Our office is located in Kuzhivelil. It’s a drive from the main Kozhikode center, but we really like it here in Koothali because it is quieter. We handle all sorts of building projects and interior work for people who live in this part of the district. It’s a small operation. We know most of our neighbors and the people who come to us for help with their homes. We don't go in for fancy digital presentations or anything too polished. Usually, it’s just a long conversation over a cup of coffee about where a wall should go or what kind of cupboards would fit best in a small kitchen. Working in Perambra means we really understand the local style and what people around here actually need for their daily lives. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Kerala; we just want to do decent work for the folks living nearby. Sometimes we’re out on a construction site all day getting our boots muddy, and other times we’re sitting at the desk dealing with the accounts and the paperwork. It’s a mix of everything, really. We’ve seen the town grow over the years and we’ve been lucky enough to work on a few houses right on this street. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized.
