Capellin Projects

Our base is on Puthiyapalam Chalapuram Road here in Kozhikode. It’s a busy enough area and we’ve been here for a good while. We handle various types of projects, and most of our time is spent juggling different tasks between the office and the actual sites. It’s just a regular local business where we know our neighbors and the shopkeepers around the corner. Some mornings we are busy with phone calls and trying to get materials delivered on time, and other afternoons we are just sitting around the table trying to solve a problem with a layout. We don't have a huge staff with uniforms or anything like that. We are just a group of people who know how to get things built. Kozhikode is a place with a lot of history, and we try to do work that fits in well with the surroundings. We’ve had all sorts of people walk through our door, from those looking to build a small extension to others with bigger ideas. We just take it as it comes. The office for Capellin Projects is usually open unless we are all out at a site meeting. We don't put much stock in being fancy; we just want the work to be solid. If you are walking down Chalapuram Road, you might see us. We are just regular people doing a day’s work in the construction and project world, making things happen step by step.
