Our place is over at Magnus Arcade on Cherooty Road. Calicut Westend Realtors Llp occupies Flat No. 6/1130K. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the window which can be distracting. We’ve been set up in this office for a good bit now. It’s a decent sized room, enough for our desks and all the folders we seem to accumulate every month. Cherooty Road can get quite crowded, but it makes it easy for people to drop in when they are running errands. We handle a lot of the local real estate tasks that come up in Calicut. It’s mostly just us answering emails and checking on listings throughout the day. We don’t have any of those big flashing lights or corporate lobby areas. It’s just a regular office where we get the job done. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to sort through before the weekend. The building itself is pretty well-known. We try to keep things organized, though with all the documents, it can get a little messy on the desks by Friday afternoon. We know the neighborhood well because we’ve been here so long. Most of our work involves talking to neighbors and keeping track of what’s happening on the local streets. It’s practical work. We like being right in the middle of everything. It keeps us busy and the days go by fast. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay on top of things.
