Calicut Textiles Private Limited is situated on the first floor of the Moffussil Bus Stand Building on Mavoor Road. Being right in the heart of Calicut means there is always something happening outside our door. The sound of the buses and the crowd is just part of our daily life. We’ve been in the textile trade for quite some time now. Our office is more of a workspace than a showroom. We have stacks of fabric samples and orders piled up on the desks. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished image. We’re just local people who know about cloth and how to sell it. Most of our customers are other businesses who have known us for years. We don't use complicated language to describe what we do. We buy textiles, we check they are good quality, and we sell them to people who need them. It’s a simple process. Sometimes the building gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the windows open and carry on. We are right in the middle of Kozhikode’s commercial hub, so it’s easy for us to stay connected with what’s happening in the market. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team. It’s just a handful of us making sure the orders are filled correctly. We like the hustle of Mavoor Road. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
