At Burberry Bakes & Confectioners Llp, we have our workspace at Door No. 38/1493N. We are specifically in Flat No. 104 on the first floor of the Serene Home Apartments. This is located in Palakkada, within the Puthiyangadi area of Kozhikode. Kerala is our home, and we are in the 673021 area. Working out of an apartment like Serene Home means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, but it works well for us. We do all our baking and confectionary work right there on the first floor. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs if you are coming to see us, but the flat is well set up for what we need. Kozhikode is a city known for its food, so we feel like we are in the right place. Puthiyangadi is a decent area with plenty of stuff going on nearby. We don't have a large staff or anything, just a few of us making sure the bakes come out okay. The daily routine involves a lot of measuring and mixing. We keep the flat clean and organized so we can work efficiently. It’s not a big industrial kitchen, just a practical space where we can focus. We’ve spent a lot of time getting things just right in Flat 104. It’s just a regular workday for us, from start to finish, keeping the ovens going and the orders moving. We spend our hours watching the trays, making sure everything is handled correctly before we finish up.
