Bee Square Realtors LLP is located at 21/436B8, right on the NH-17 By-pass. We are near the G.A College P.O. area in Kozhikode. Being near the bypass means there is always a lot of movement outside. You can hear the big trucks and cars zooming by all day long. It makes the office feel like it’s in the middle of everything. The space we have is straightforward. We have a couple of rooms with some basic office equipment. It’s not a place for showing off. We just need a roof over our heads and a place to keep our records. Most people find us because they are driving along the bypass and see our location. It’s a convenient spot for people coming from outside the city too. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking on different plots in the area. The office doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a table that has seen better days. It’s a real place where real work happens. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us who know the area well. We like the energy of being so close to the main highway. It keeps us busy and connected to what’s happening in Kozhikode. Even with all the noise, we wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now.
