BCA Architecture

BCA Architecture is our little office on Mavoor Road. We are situated at No.5/3247, which is pretty close to Our College. If you are familiar with the Calicut Ho area in Kozhikode, you probably know the building. We spend our days drawing up plans and thinking about how local buildings should look. It is a lot of desk work, but we get out to the building sites whenever we can. It is mostly local projects around the neighborhood. We have been here for a bit now. The traffic on Mavoor Road can be something else during rush hour, but it keeps the neighborhood feeling lively. People drop in to talk about their house plans or some commercial space they want to put up on a small plot. We just use our pencils and computers to make those ideas into something real. It is straightforward work. We do not have a big shiny showroom with lights, just a regular workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the old coffee machine breaks down, but the drawings still get finished on time. We know the local rules for building around here, which helps avoid any trouble later on. It is a nice community near the college. We see students walking by the window all the time. If you need someone to look at a plot of land or a renovation idea, we are right here. It is just what we do every single day.
