Balakrishna Furniture & Tile Depot

Balakrishna Furniture & Tile Depot is right on the Main Road in Feroke. We’re directly across from the South Indian Bank, so it’s an easy place for anyone to find. We’ve got a lot of heavy stuff here—tiles, furniture pieces, and all the things people need for their homes. The shop is quite large because you need the space to show off the different designs. It smells like sawdust and new ceramics in here most of the time. We’ve been in Feroke for a long time, and we’ve seen the town grow and change around us. The main road is always busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We spend our days moving stock around, helping people pick out what they need for their renovations, and making sure the deliveries are on time. It’s physical work, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. There’s no fancy sales pitch here. We just show people what we have in stock and tell them the price. We have a few regular helpers who have been with the depot for a decade. We treat the place like it’s our own home because we spend so much time here. It’s a simple business. We focus on tiles and furniture, and we try to keep things honest and straightforward for everyone who walks through the door. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week and we like it that way.
