We run our building operations from A-38 in Chakeri Manor, located in the Eranhipalam area. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done, though there's always something happening at the construction sites we manage. As builders, our days are mostly spent coordinating between different workers and making sure materials arrive on time. The office itself is filled with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks. It's not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the actual building work and dealing with the local authorities. Most of our projects are nearby, so we spend a lot of time driving back and forth between the office and the sites. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen how Eranhipalam has grown. People come to us when they want to build something or need a bit of advice on their own projects. We talk to them plainly about costs and how long things will take. There are often delays with rain or supplies, and we don't hide that. It’s a tough business but we enjoy seeing a structure finally come together. We keep our team small and hands-on. If you stop by the manor, you might find us buried in some technical drawings or arguing over a delivery schedule that went wrong.
