Aslam Sons Properties Llp is located over on P.V. Sami Road in Chalappuram. Specifically, we are at 18/849C in Kuriyal Lane. It’s a bit of a narrow lane, but once you find us, there’s usually a place to park a bike nearby. Being in Kozhikode, we deal with a lot of people who have lived here their whole lives. The office is really just a family-run kind of place. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, you’ll just find one of the brothers or a cousin sitting there with a ledger. We know these streets like the back of our hands because we grew up right around here. The building isn't brand new, it has some character and maybe a few cracks in the plaster, but it works for us. We handle a lot of local property stuff, mostly just connecting people who want to sell with people who want to buy. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to chat about the local news or how the road is being repaired. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for guests.
